Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our industry. We are seeking an experienced professional who has a thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycles and can optimize hiring processes for efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a detailed comprehension of our business to provide exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including gathering job requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, assessing applicants, and offering negotiations.
  • Support recruitment efforts to enhance talent acquisition processes and create a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment is required.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing channels and experience in volume hiring and lead generation activities is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence working with data.
  • Familiarity with Google's GSuite and internal and external trends in recruitment and selection.
