Data Coordinator Position Overview

This key position involves identifying and validating high-quality leads for key accounts, conducting prospecting efforts using our database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, maintaining database accuracy, preparing outreach sequences with personalized messaging templates, and collaborating closely with Partnerships Managers to drive successful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Validation: Identify and validate high-quality leads for key accounts.
  • Prospecting Efforts: Conduct prospecting efforts using our database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain database accuracy, ensuring up-to-date records and preventing duplicates.
  • Outreach Sequences: Prepare outreach sequences with personalized messaging templates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Partnerships Managers to drive successful strategies.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in media sales and prospecting.
  • Proven experience in lead validation and database maintenance.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
