We're looking for a creative and results-driven professional to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with brand objectives and drive business growth.
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and creating engaging content.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
