Social Media Content Specialist

As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content for Instagram and Facebook, planning and publishing posts with strong hooks and CTAs to drive engagement and growth. You will collaborate on social media strategy and content calendars, monitor engagement, and provide reporting on growth metrics and trends.
What We're Looking For1–3+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation is required.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills are necessary.
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention-grabbing visuals is essential.
Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands is a strong plus.
You must be a proactive self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
Knowledge of social media best practices and algorithm trends is necessary.
Experience working with early-stage or new brands is desirable.
Knowledge of paid social media (Meta ads) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar is beneficial.
Comfortable creating UGC-style content alongside brand-focused campaigns is an asset.
