Job Description

As a Virtual Creative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for various products like murals, wallpapers, and textiles. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential for customizing these products based on customer specifications.

  • File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of color theory and color management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
