We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to fast-growing startups with diverse tasks in a fully remote environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include drafting emails, handling business communications, taking video conferences, interfacing with clients and customers, scheduling and planning meetings and events, online research and data collection using spreadsheets, reporting and analysis, and creative work with writing and media.

About You

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Fully fluent in English
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology
  • Able to commit long-term and full-time
  • Able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time)
  • No work experience required, but any experience will be considered
  • Serious, career-oriented candidates
  • Track record of success at work or in school
  • Able to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Experience in high performance work or school environments
  • Skilled at anticipating team members' needs
