As a Compliance Analyst, you will serve as the central liaison point for our organization to provide necessary information for global completeness and consistency. This includes assisting areas of the business new to the process. To support our efforts in integrating Compliance-by-Design into our business-as-usual practices, we have developed a Compliance Shared Service Centre to support the business in completing various compliance, procurement, and legal processes linked to vendor procurements or internal tool/service development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the global inbox of external privacy enquiries, ensuring they are quickly and accurately categorized by jurisdictional requirement and right exercised (assisted by online form processes and ServiceNow configuration).
  • Liaise with appropriate Business Unit SPOCs to collate relevant information in line with requests, as well as policies, toolkits, and templates provided by the Privacy Office.
  • Pull together draft responses/disclosure bundles, including any recommendations for exemptions in line with relevant legislation, for approval by Business Unit SPOCs and the Privacy Office.
  • Keep accurate, comprehensive, and timely case notes on actions taken, personnel contacted, and exemptions applied (including justifications).
  • Respond to requests on behalf of each Business Unit within set timescales (28 calendar days for most jurisdictions).
  • Follow the escalation process set by the Privacy Office where SLAs are not met by Business Units.
  • Provide the Privacy Office monthly MI measuring compliance with global requirements, broken down by Business Unit (templates provided).
  • Raise concerns, queries, or issues for immediate attention of the Privacy Office; and
  • Assist in audit reporting processes relevant to the above activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree holder (any field)
  • Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills
  • Preferably with 1 year of solid experience in Customer Service functions under Technical, Financial, Insurance or similar fields
  • Fluency and articulate expression in English
