We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Remote Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram channels to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google Ads and crypto networks.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
