Technical Support Specialist: Anaplan Expertise

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organization, supporting their Enterprise Performance Management team.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in solving complex problems, providing exceptional support for business-critical systems, and working collaboratively with clients in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to Anaplan, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical and functional issues.
  • Maintain and enhance supported Anaplan models by implementing minor changes and updates.
  • Manage the full support ticket lifecycle using internal tools and adhere to established SLAs.
  • Collaborate with consultants and technical teams on escalated or complex issues, providing seamless support to clients.
  • Deliver user training, promoting best practices across client teams, and contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior support analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Hold a certification in Anaplan Level 2 Model Building, demonstrating expertise in Anaplan technology.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a support role for SaaS or enterprise platforms, ideally in a managed services or client-facing environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Anaplan in a production environment.
  • Exceptional communication, client engagement, and relationship management skills, with a strong analytical and service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and providing platform support in structured environments.
