Financial Operations Manager

The role of a bookkeeper involves overseeing the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage QuickBooks Online to create and send invoices, track expenses, and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support management by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 8 consecutive months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Ability to accurately calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- High level of integrity, intelligence, flexibility, fast learning ability, good work attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
