Job Overview

We seek a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to lead our online sales platforms, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Management: Optimize product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Drive traffic, engagement, and sales across social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital materials
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor metrics
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience on ecommerce platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer experience
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative mindset, and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
