Digital Transformation Lead

As a key member of our team, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives across various manufacturing units. Your expertise in implementing Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions will drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with our company's strategic goals, focusing on automation, data analytics, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Lead the deployment of digital solutions to optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes, improving productivity and reducing waste.
  • Utilize real-time data and analytics to enhance yield, reduce costs, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and co-create innovative digital solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on digital/IT initiatives.
  • Proven experience in implementing Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, etc.).
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
