Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Engineer to join our team. This role will involve developing and managing 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction and design processes, excellent communication and coordination skills, and experience working on large infrastructure or building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models using tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Synchro 4D.
  • Coordinate digital deliverables with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Support clash detection, safety implementation, digital coordination, and design validation processes.
  • Create visualisations and simulations to support design and construction planning.
  • Assist in digital workflows, data integration, and project automation.
  • Provide training and support to internal team and stakeholders on digital engineering tools.
  • Ensure BIM-related work executed follows industry-recognized standards and protocols—especially ISO 19650.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 2+ years' experience in Digital Engineering and BIM.
  • Proficiency in one or more BIM/Digital Engineering platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction and design processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience working on large infrastructure or building projects preferred.
