We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technical support representative to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.
About the RoleIn this role, you will respond to technical inquiries, resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guide users through solutions with patience and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Solution Provision: Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
- Age and Education: Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous call center experience is required
- Skills: Strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
