Research Data Collector

We are seeking a professional and skilled individual to join our team as a Research Data Collector. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this position will be to collect data through phone calls with potential customers. This involves gathering information about provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through online inquiries.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calling to gather information from potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collect predetermined data about the provider services using knowledge of data research and analysis
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity, including details such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails and reports
  • Maintain personal equipment in good working condition to ensure maximum productivity and deliver results
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling customer interactions and voice accounts
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing, including familiarity with key terms and concepts
  • Familiarity with call recordings and QA scoring, as well as data entry discipline in a form-based tool/CRM
