Job Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of software development life cycles, documentation standards, and business analysis methodologies.

This role involves working closely with project managers to ensure project scope is well-defined and tracked, documenting requirements for IT systems, enhancements, and feature implementation, evaluating business processes and systems, identifying requirements, and developing strategies to maximize opportunities.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders, review documents from business users and stakeholders as inputs to requirements gathering activities, write business requirements documents, business process documents, and requirement traceability matrices, and translate business requirements into test cases.

In addition, experience in defect management, bug tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla, and writing technical documentation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders.
  • Document business requirements, business process documents, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Translate business requirements into test cases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in performing Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla.
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies.
