We are a rapidly growing organization seeking a highly motivated and organized C-Level Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to C-level executives, managing multiple businesses and working closely with the executive.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives, ensuring seamless coordination
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel
- Develop and prepare meeting materials, such as agendas and presentations
- Respond to email and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Coordinate expense reports and reimbursements, maintaining accurate records
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient office environment
- Conduct research tasks, providing valuable insights to executives
- Provide personalized support to executives, including errands and tasks
- Support project-related tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and success
Key Requirements:
- Associate's degree or undergraduate Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
