We are a rapidly growing organization seeking a highly motivated and organized C-Level Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to C-level executives, managing multiple businesses and working closely with the executive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel
  • Develop and prepare meeting materials, such as agendas and presentations
  • Respond to email and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate expense reports and reimbursements, maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain a highly organized and efficient office environment
  • Conduct research tasks, providing valuable insights to executives
  • Provide personalized support to executives, including errands and tasks
  • Support project-related tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and success

Key Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or undergraduate Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
