We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Purchasing Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business success through effective procurement strategies, supplier management, and inventory control.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Purchasing Staff member will be responsible for:
* Processing and receiving orders from customers
* Preparing purchase orders for suppliers
* Monitoring stock orders and maintaining accurate inventory
* Communicating and negotiating with suppliers
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
* Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery
* Ensuring accurate documentation for customs and shipping

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* At least one year of experience in purchasing
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
