Online Reputation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our online presence.

  • Monitor and respond to reviews on various platforms.
  • Engage with relevant conversations on social media sites.
  • Draft professional responses to both positive and negative feedback.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards.
  • Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent English writing abilities, and conflict resolution expertise.

Experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management is essential.

Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication is also required.

Preferred but not required experience includes financial services, collections, or other regulated industries.
