Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and efficient shipment delivery while resolving any exceptions promptly.
  • Coordinate end-to-end movement of products through our network, including intermodal transportation.
  • Understand and adhere to customer requirements through their standard operating procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful shipment lifecycle management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in adapting to change and embracing new processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Microsoft Excel, PP + Word.
