
High-Level Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our senior leadership team. As the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries for executives and teams
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars as needed
- Arrange for transportation and accommodations for business trips
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up materials
- Assist with special projects and events, such as conferences and product launches
- Maintain accurate records and reports on business operations and performance
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or management teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
