Enterprise Risk Governance Professional

As a seasoned risk management specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating enterprise risk management initiatives within the organisation. Your primary objective will be to develop and continually improve risk management frameworks and reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective risk management processes to support comprehensive risk reporting, addressing complex business activities and issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the risk heatmap and ensure transparent audit trails in decision-making regarding risk management.
  • Monitor changes in the risk environment and assess the effectiveness of actions taken to manage identified risks.
  • Support senior leaders in preparing inputs for executive-level reports, including those related to risk management.
  • Collaborate with risk managers to develop and maintain robust risk reporting processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or equivalent field.
  • Advanced understanding of risk and control methodologies and their application in businesses.
  • Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports for senior management up to executive committee level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective challenge and influence while maintaining commercial focus.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent multitasking capabilities, adept at working in fast-paced environments.
