Job Description:A seasoned account manager is sought to join our Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) team. The successful candidate will grow, optimize and deliver on campaigns for DMOs and Tourism Boards worldwide.
The main goal is to help destinations get more visitors and travel spend using Agoda's range of solutions.
- End-to-End commercial ownership, contributing to and executing on the account strategy.
- Account optimization: Adopt a problem-solving approach and leverage data and analytical skills to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
- Strategic program management: Manage implementation and roll-out of key partner initiatives.
- Performance reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare internal and external reports.
- 5-10 years of work experience in account management, project management or sales operations field.
- Prior experience navigating complex sales cycle end-to-end.
- Professional English with strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
