Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our team at Biostadt Philippines Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and collection objectives in your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also possess a deep understanding of the market and our products, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing sales and marketing programs to drive product growth and market share.
  • Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Leading, organizing, and controlling the Market Development Representative (MDR/field technician) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that maximize profitability in your territory. This includes creating demand for all products, with a focus on Biologicals and Premier products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Collection Objectives: Deliver sales and collection targets in your assigned territory.
  • Sales and Marketing Programs: Implement sales and marketing programs to drive product growth and market share.
  • Performance Monitoring: Plan, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture or biotechnology industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • A competitive salary range of PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
