Job Overview

The Chief Health and Safety Officer will oversee the development and implementation of health and safety programs to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for all employees.

Estimated Salary: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 per month

Job Description:

As the Chief Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for planning and developing health prevention programs, providing necessary assistance to employees in taking medicines, and advising staff on matters of health and safety. You will also conduct first aid and health work habits orientations, check workplaces for unsafe conditions, and maintain an accident/illness record system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.

2. Provide assistance to employees in taking medicines as needed.

3. Advise staff on matters of health and safety, including guidance on healthy work habits.

4. Conduct first aid and health work habits orientations for all employees.

5. Check workplaces for unsafe conditions and make reports to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Maintain an accident/illness record system to track employee health status.

7. Review results of accident/illness investigations and implement measures to prevent future incidents.

8. Maintain medical records of all employees and facilitate annual medical examinations.

9. Monitor and identify medicines needed by employees.

10. Submit monthly accident reports and SSS sickness and maternity notifications.

11. Assist company physicians as needed.

12. Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered nurse with a college degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
