We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our DevOps strategy.

This is a key opportunity to modernize software delivery across mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain scalable continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for fast, secure, and reliable software releases.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to automate testing, builds, and deployments.
  • Implement and support tools for version control, continuous delivery, and release management.
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, ensuring environment consistency via infrastructure-as-code.
  • Lead incident resolution for CI/CD issues and train dev teams on best practices in DevOps automation.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in DevOps or software engineering, with deep expertise in CI/CD practices.
  • Show hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Possess a strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Be proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excel in leadership, project coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.
