Solution Architect

Up to 2,400,000 PHP per annum

Manila (2/3 days per week in office)

Working for a leading finance institution who are rapidly expanding their Phillipines operation, and an exciting time to join them as this role is open to rapid progression in the organisation.

Required skills:

  • 8 years experience in engineering lead/architecture related role, ideally finance sector.
  • AWS Cloud Expertise
  • Experience in existing, new and emerging technologies, including AI/ ML
  • Experience in an IT solution development discipline, such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Good analytical and technical skills, ability to use unified model language (UML) to deliver design artifact.
  • Experience of agile methods and processes.
  • Experience of architecture governance, including participation in architecture review boards and definition of reusable patterns & reference architectures.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices in architecture and design.
