In addition, Alibaba Cloud has launched a local data center in the Philippines. The new data center provides local customers with faster access and more reliable cloud services, while also helping to drive the development of the local digital economy. SummaryWe are currently seeking a talented Cloud Solution Architect to join our Alibaba Cloud Philippines team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud computing and pre-sales experience, with a strong understanding of industries such as finance, retail, internet or government. Responsibilities1. Work closely with business development team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs2.

Design and architect cloud solutions that align with customer requirements and provide value-added cloud services3. Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the benefits and features of Alibaba Cloud services to potential customers4. Provide technical guidance to customers on cloud migration and cloud-based solutions5.

Be able to lead the technical strategy at the CxO level and provide both front line and back office support (pre-sales capacity)6. Engage and drive technical program leadership within communities and industry events

Position Requirement1. At least 5 years experience in a client-facing role, with strong technical background2. Familiarity with any of the major public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)3.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud4. Experience with cloud migration projects and a strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and tools5. Familiarity with industries such as finance, retail, internet or government and their cloud computing needs6.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers7. Ability to demonstrate execution of a technical strategy to CxO Level8. Be fully mobile, often visiting our clients for meetings and workshops9.

Candidates with any Cloud provider certificate will be an advantage
