The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • A strong command of the English language, including spoken and written communication
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
