The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
- A strong command of the English language, including spoken and written communication
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges
- A commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to follow up and monitor action items and KPIs
- A responsible team player who works well with others
- Able to make informed decisions independently
