Global Transformation Leadership Opportunity

This role involves overseeing a complex, global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic objectives and maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment.

The transformation requires strong leadership, governance, and direction to ensure seamless alignment between technology and business teams. Additionally, the Programme Director will need to manage risks, budget, resources, and change control effectively.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan
  • Lead steering committees and stakeholder management at an executive level
  • Oversee systems integration partners and ensure business and technology teams are aligned
  • Manage programme risks, budget, resources, and change control
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory requirements
  • Ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global SAP S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle)
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, preferably life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be beneficial
