Global S/4HANA Transformation Lead

This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for directing the programme and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.

The Programme Overview

As Global S/4HANA Transformation Lead, you will take overall accountability for the successful delivery of this global transformation. You will oversee the development and implementation of the programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan to ensure seamless integration across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level to ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • You will manage programme risks, change control, and budget to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).

You should have strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.

Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, would be advantageous.

You should be able to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
