Our organization is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to deliver top-notch service to clients across various channels while supporting key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms in line with our luxury service standards.
- Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, handling all communication promptly and efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with colleagues and teams to ensure timely resolution.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar position within a related industry.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams.
