Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will create, edit and review technical safety documentation to address environmental, health and safety concerns. They will work with clients to produce high-quality EHS documentation that meets regulatory requirements.

This involves writing, editing and reviewing documents related to EHS compliance, guidelines and regulations such as OSHA and EPA. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for creating high-quality EHS documentation.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.
  3. Review and revise documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, environmental science, EHS or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the EHS field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations and guidelines, such as OSHA and EPA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in technical writing, environmental science, EHS or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the EHS field.
