Senior Credit Manager

This is a critical role in our organization, requiring strong leadership and analytical skills to manage Regular accounts and ensure responsible customer sales.

  • Manage high-volume accounts with cultural awareness and confidence across regions.
  • Assess credit risk, apply limits, and improve payment performance and account aging.
  • Support team growth through ongoing training and spot opportunities to improve credit control processes.

We are looking for a talented individual who can drive the company's financial success by maximizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt.

The ideal candidate will have solid global credit control experience, managing high-volume accounts with cultural awareness and confidence across regions. They will also be able to build genuine relationships across all levels and backgrounds, communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, and analyze data to identify trends and solve problems.

As a Senior Credit Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing clear reporting on aged debt, collections, and risk, and for creating tailored account plans to meet client needs and encourage long-term engagement.
