Key Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

At our agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the charge in driving business outcomes through effective SEO and Google Ads strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute their expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and content marketing for service-based businesses, B2B companies, and high-growth startups across various markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing audits, campaigns, and reporting across multiple clients, with a strong ability to tie performance back to business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement technical, content, and on-page optimisations
  • Create compelling landing pages for SEM Campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality
  • Build detailed reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data-driven insights
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution, and conversion rate optimisation
