Insurance Operations Specialist

At our insurance agency, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and taking ownership of complex projects.
The Insurance Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing client workflows, tracking applications, and providing exceptional customer service. They will work closely with underwriters, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client workflows and track applications from submission to approval
- Provide exceptional customer service through empathetic and timely communication
- Work closely with underwriters, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client data and application status
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and G Suite a plus
