Dental Insurance Expert

As a Dental Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Follow-up on outstanding insurance claims and ensure proper documentation and communication.
- Process and send out claims and attachments to insurance companies.
- Evaluate denial validity and address them accordingly.
- Generate reports and ensure timely completion.
- Manage claim resubmission and reprocessing, including grievance and appeals.
- Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis.
- Update the office tracker with all payments posted and addressed rejected claims.
- Complete assigned follow-ups.
- Generate reports and retrieve documents from insurance portals for posting.
- Post insurance payments according to office preference.
- Strong command of verbal and written English and interpersonal skills.
- Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
- At least 3 years of hands-on collections experience.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
