We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and optimize our international payment operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across diverse banking networks.

This role requires strong experience in managing cross-border payments and bank transfers, with a focus on:

  • End-to-end processing of cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers.
  • Ensuring adherence to local and international financial regulations and implementing best practices in cross-border payments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive smooth financial operations in a dynamic, remote-first environment. Your expertise will help identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaboration in a remote, fast-paced environment. English proficiency is required, and proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial.
