Senior Platform Engineer Opportunity

Speechify is revolutionizing the way people consume information. We're looking for a skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join our team and help us scale our infrastructure, optimize product flows, and build end-to-end systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in high-pace environments, and is passionate about owning product decisions and building complex engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and own the performance of complex end-to-end systems
  • Participate actively in product decisions and refine the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across products
Requirements:
  • Experience: You've played a crucial role in building and maintaining large-scale products and have worked both backend and frontend
  • Systems thinking: You know how to think at a high level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products and services
  • Speed and focus: You work quickly to generate ideas and options and know how to decide which things can ship now and what needs time
  • Collaboration: You know how to inspire, negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs
  • Tech Stack: NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Java, Go, Python
