Key Responsibilities:

  • Healthcare System Management: Input and manage data using EMR/EHR systems and other software tools.
  • Billing Support: Assist with billing processes, follow up on claims, and manage insurance verifications.
  • Reports & Presentations: Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations when required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage virtual communications and set up meetings effectively.
  • Marketing Tasks: Provide basic support for marketing initiatives.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, possess excellent English communication skills, and be familiar with healthcare operations or willing to learn.
