Remote Technical Operations Support

This role provides end-user support for technical operations, focusing on network monitoring and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
Responsibilities- Assist with technical operations department administrative tasks.
- Monitor user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email.
- Support remote helpdesk services, including but not limited to supporting platforms like Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS.
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365, including all Microsoft 365 apps; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and others.
- Remotely assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities, including its affiliates.
- Implement Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, high availability setups, and provide ongoing support.
- Support other products and software applications.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
