Our Ideal Candidate:

You'll have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in HR, preferably in a BPO setting.

You'll possess a deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and Government Mandated Benefits.

You'll have excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in HR Analytics, Reports, Attrition Analysis, and computing metrics.

You'll be knowledgeable in Human Resources, covering areas such as Case Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.

You'll be able to maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

You'll have a degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology, although it's not a requirement.
