We are seeking an exceptional customer support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of client concerns through shadowing and training.
- Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Continuously improve customer management skills and stay updated on relevant technology.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or communication.
- Confident in phone communication, capable of de-escalating frustrated clients.
- Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Team player who asks questions for clarity.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
