  • Continuously improve customer management skills and stay updated on relevant technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or communication.
  • Confident in phone communication, capable of de-escalating frustrated clients.
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Team player who asks questions for clarity.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
