Job Overview

Welcome to Outsourced Quality Assured Services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Admin to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manning the front desk, handling incoming calls and documents, and making outgoing calls and processing documents.
  • Accommodating guests, applicants, assisting in client visits, booking transportation and lunch meetings, and organizing monthly events and work-life balance activities.
  • Reserving meeting rooms as needed, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a calendar.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, clients, visitors, and fellow employees, ensuring timely and clear communication of instructions, information, or advice.
  • Preparing and maintaining office records and documents.
  • Monitoring building security and access control, including obtaining work permits and gate passes.
  • Purchasing, procurement, and arranging logistics.
  • Performing other general office administration tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Pleasing personality and shows initiative and resourcefulness.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of business and government legalities.

Working Conditions
  • Full-time office-based position in Eastwood, Monday to Friday.
  • May require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours.
