Front Desk Coordinator

Welcome to Outsourced Quality Assured Services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Admin to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manning the front desk, handling incoming calls and documents, and making outgoing calls and processing documents.
- Accommodating guests, applicants, assisting in client visits, booking transportation and lunch meetings, and organizing monthly events and work-life balance activities.
- Reserving meeting rooms as needed, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a calendar.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, clients, visitors, and fellow employees, ensuring timely and clear communication of instructions, information, or advice.
- Preparing and maintaining office records and documents.
- Monitoring building security and access control, including obtaining work permits and gate passes.
- Purchasing, procurement, and arranging logistics.
- Performing other general office administration tasks as required.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Pleasing personality and shows initiative and resourcefulness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Knowledge of business and government legalities.
Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based position in Eastwood, Monday to Friday.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours.
