Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor payments, reconcile statements, and support the finance team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with a solid understanding of W9 compliance and U.S. sales tax reporting.
  • Familiarity with Bill Pay platforms and accounting software is required.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Entering and processing vendor invoices accurately and properly coded
  2. Reconciling vendor statements and resolving payment discrepancies
  3. Collecting and maintaining W9 forms for new vendors
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor information
  5. Preparing and submitting sales tax filings on a timely basis
