Job Overview: As an Academic Support Professional, you will play a vital role in the success of students by coordinating instructors, tracking progress, and providing quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be integral to the team's success by actively supporting Regional Operations and providing outstanding academic services to students and their families.
- Your responsibilities will include operating seamlessly in a virtual environment, maintaining our high standards, and ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
- You will also meet operational excellence standards, provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations, and manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency targets.
Accountabilities: You will be responsible for managing virtual tutoring sessions, monitoring all students' academic progress, and helping ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities: You will conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments. You will also build relationships with students and their families, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

- You must be able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
- A professional and approachable demeanor is required.
- You should be able to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month.
- Effective communications both in virtual environments are necessary.
- You must be proficient in using all communication media including in person, phone, and video.
- You will need to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or with team members.
- You should work well with others and demonstrate learning agility, adapting to changes in the work environment as required.
- Able to acquire new skills as required.
- You must be able to engage, manage and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners (e.g. local schools).
- You should be able to manage remote teachers.
- You will need to work independently and have a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-3 years progressive career growth.
- Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment is beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
