With a strong background in S4HANA Rise with SAP and BTP, this professional collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs.

Purpose & Objective:

The primary objective of the Digital Transformation Lead is to facilitate collaborative architecture and solution discussions with customers' IT and business executives to deliver the Intelligent Enterprise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed scope, effort estimates, and plans for effective deployment, adoption, and consumption of SAP solutions.
  • Acting as overall SAP solution captain, orchestrating with other SMEs and delivery units to build an end-to-end compelling service proposal.
  • Leading the development of overall solution coping processes and individual work plans.
  • Identifying, extracting, sharing, and creating knowledge assets for SAP Solutions solutioning engagements.
  • Demonstrating strong assertiveness and communication skills to lead customer scoping workshops and communicate at an executive level.
  • Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Showing strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and Solution information effectively for both business and non-business audiences.
  • Estimating the financial and business impact of various solution architecture alternatives.
  • Orchestrating solution responses for assigned opportunities across all required SAP Lines of Service.
  • Identifying and engaging Subject Matter Experts required to support overall solution development.
  • Aligning and engaging all stakeholders required for Deal Execution – including Delivery, Risk, Bid Management, License, and Commercial Finance.
  • Consolidating solution requirements and inputs from multiple SMEs into a single solution response, including completion of solutioning details in a Deal Sheet and Scope Document.
  • Contributing to proposal responses as needed.
  • Advocating and implementing SAP's solution and delivery strategies where possible into solutioned opportunities for which they are the orchestrator or lead.
  • Handing over the solutioned deal to the SAP Delivery Team.
  • Advising the account team on the best solution approach to achieve customer requirements, budget targets, and minimize delivery risk.
  • Able to structure responses to complex customer RFPs.
  • Working with License teams in joint bid responses to customer RPI/RFPs.
  • Participating and providing inputs during deal qualification.

Qualifications:

  • SAP generalist with one strong domain experience either functional or technical.
  • Minimum of 5 years SAP consulting experience in S4HANA Rise with SAP and BTP background domains, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Senior experience, proven leadership skills in leading teams to outcomes in discussions and negotiations.
  • Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning during workshops.
  • Understanding of complex 'as-is' landscapes and 'to-be' solutions with a priority to cloud solutions.
  • Experience with services pre-sales activities.
  • Understanding how to pitch compellingly solution proposals and a proven understanding of customer strategy and pain points.
  • Understanding of project estimation methodologies and delivery methods.
