What is your mission?

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Leader (AI Analyst) to drive our innovation initiatives by identifying and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions across all departments. This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and enabling strategic decision-making through AI and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current processes, design AI-powered solutions, and lead digital transformation efforts across the organization.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Collaborate with department heads (IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Recruitment, etc.) to assess current workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
  • Analyze data flows, manual processes, and system interactions to propose AI-powered solutions (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, RPA, generative AI).
  • Lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects to evaluate the feasibility of AI/automation solutions.
  • Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of AI models and automation tools.
  • Provide documentation, reporting, and presentations to leadership teams on digital transformation initiatives and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Build business cases and technical requirements to support AI/automation adoption company-wide.
  • Train and support business users in adopting new tools and processes powered by AI.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in AI analysis, digital transformation, process improvement, or IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC2), and ethical AI practices is a plus.
  • Background in Odoo, ERP, Python is a plus.
