Ascendion is a forward-thinking organization that empowers digital transformation through innovative project delivery. As a key player in our managed portfolio, we are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Lead to oversee project delivery and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business units and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Develop and manage detailed project execution timelines, aligning resources for optimal performance and meeting project activities within required timeframes and quality standards.

  • Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability and professional growth while providing regular status updates to project teams and stakeholders.

  • Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth project execution, conduct post-mortem reviews and sprint retrospectives for continuous improvement, and review technical designs with the Solutions Architect and technical delivery team.

  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project closure, track and control project expenses to stay within cost baselines, and establish governance functions to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and best practices.

  • Proactively manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans to ensure that implemented solutions align with the Solutions Architect's design and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Agile Program Manager, or Delivery Lead in IT project delivery with strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project governance with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Technical knowledge in software development, cloud architecture, and enterprise systems is a plus, and proficiency in project management tools and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

  • Experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and change management with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and cutting-edge technologies.
