About the Role

As a Distribution Risk and Quality Control Assistant Manager, you will support the Head of Distribution Risk and Quality Control in developing and monitoring sales quality controls and risk management processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current and emerging risks to ensure effective control focus.
  • Monitor and document Audit Items and Compliance findings related to Distribution.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Manage persistency challenges and other sales-related concerns, including in-force management and reinstatement.
  • Coordinate committee meetings and record minutes.

  • Risk analysis and assessment.
  • Compliance and audit management.
  • Report writing and presentation.
Individual Responsibilities:
  • Support adherence to requirements.
  • Escalate material issues in a timely manner.
  • Design and perform controls testing plans.
